I can one-up you all–with a tribute FROM Hobos. This is a palm tree on the road in back of my house that, for the better part of the year, is just a palm tree. However, come holiday time, it gets decorated by actual hobos who live in the nearby park–they have a secret stash full of Hobo Ornaments they keep hidden in (presumably) their secret hobo lair.
