3. Communication skills – Finally, how good are your communication skills? This would be when it comes to interacting with your patients? It is critical that you listen to what they have to say. Not doing so can lead to an end to the relationship if you’re not careful. Given patients often have a short amount of time to meet with their caregiver; it is key to use such time wisely.
